I couldn’t say, but the fact that they’ve already ruled poker a game of skill in the DiCristina decision definitely helps. If the same decision is upheld on appeal, let’s hope that is sooner than later. If it’s overturned which I highly doubt, let’s hope that’s later than sooner as the current precedent only helps anyone dealing with similar situation.

I am charge with the same pending charge in the Alphonse demoto federal court in central Islip and I set for trial on this charge aug. 19th.
When do you think the ruling from the 2nd circut will be announced.
